The owner, Michael (Mike) McNeill, has over 20-years of large corporate financial service experience, was the financial officer or a multi-million dollar family owned practice, is an Illinois Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration. I was the financial officer for my family owned podiatry practice. I am laser focused on streamlined and timely reporting for better decision making. I have been part of hiring, training, incentive plans, cost management, contracts, medical provider disputes, audits, and collections. I most recently have the knowledge of what a sale of the business looks like and what partner, regional, or venture capital expectations are for acquisition. ​ I believe that doctors need to be prepared for critical decisions that support the success of their practice - whatever the goal may be. I see many practices jockeying for position to grow by hiring new doctors, expanding to new locations, adding products or services, or setting a strategy for a profitable exit from ownership. ​ Running your own practice is exciting and terrifying all at once. You have the autonomy to make decisions, but simply owning multiple locations or having clinics open seven days a week does not mean you will have patients in the waiting room or in clinic chairs. I have intimate knowledge of doctor practice activities, marketing concepts, partner or contract term agreements, receivables aging, collections, and inventory costs. ​ I am fortunate to have access to a staff that can provide support for payroll, tax, and bookkeeping. I will leverage my talent and experience for you through cost-benefit, cash flow, account collections, and profitability analysis.
